Help Please- Can't connect to US west Access restricted

Says we are unable to connect, please check your internet connection, check to see if
your firewall has port ___ connected.  idk what happened.  I been on us west for months.
Hope someone can help..

can you still get on the internet like with your browser and do you have a acct where you can see if you can log int east realm
have you try to reboot your comp and restarting your internet then try to log on

Thx man, I tried and logged off the internet.  I could still get on internet exployer, but not us west.  I tried us east and could get on there.  I have a ladder account on us east, and nl us east.  I couldnt get on us west, but finally after an hour or so it finlly let me back on.  Thx for all your help.  I can now get on us west, and east.  I was on a different internet and not my
wireless.

not sure what is wrong but sounds like it has something to do with your wireless internet
is your wireless like so much data then it shuts off
can't really say because I have never use a internet like that so don't know it works say after being on it for some many hours
if it always does that after so long you might contact your internet and ask them about it to see if its closeing you out of b.net

Alot of times, it can be a ip ban. Who nows, glad you are back online.

Thx everyone.  I was on my wireless internet that the company I work for has for its drivers..  It went out then came back on..

I get the same message at home when I'm on my hughes net.  But its been 13 months
since i've been able to get on us east, because for some reason it wont let me connect,
but I can get on us west, asia, europe, all of them but east.  IDK why but I sure wish
I could get back on us east at home.  I can out here, but idk if its my internet or not..
